Sentiment: Various productivity tools are needed to manage growing projects including video conference, on-call rotations, secret sharing, etc.

Feedback:

Unclear what the recommended or available productivity tools are and how to get accounts.
Best practices around tool usage isn’t well socialized (e.g. how to operate a security disclosure list)

Betterments:

[x] tools request process (Zoom, Netlify, etc)

Jaeger and OpenTracing projects involve quite a lot of repositories in their respective orgs. It would be great to have a tool where tickets / PRs could be viewed & managed in a single dashboard, similar to now-defunct waffle.io

Didn't feel like a topic for a ticket, since I don't know which tool would do the job.

Have you tried organization-wide project boards? I used to be an avid Waffle user but far prefer the (now) built-in GitHub functionality.

GH projects seem to have improved since the last time I used them, will give them another try. But they still seem less involved, e.g. cannot assign PRs to people for review.
