We had our first project team meeting on 02-18 and learned how to use the command line to clone the repo and use the push and pull git commands. We started to talk broadly about the focus of the project. For next week's meeting, we want to solidify our research question(s) so that we can start thinking about how exactly we want to analyze the documents.

Similar to your group, my group spent some time reviewing git and also discussed ideas for narrowing our research question. I imagine that Emily Dickinson wrote a large body of poetry, so I am excited to see how you will utilize markup to address your research question(s)!

The git commands were the focus of our group's meeting as well. We were thinking of getting our schema worked out for our corpus at the next meeting to extend the amount of time we have to do our markup. I am curious to see how the markup our group will do on Norse tales will compare to how your group has chosen to markup poetry.
