- collection creation
- requires only minimal access privileges to the contained data
- done from a "selection" of epochs (obtained via search or filter)
- modal dialog for choice of new name or "add to existing" and sharing options
- collection sharing
- requires management access to all contained data
We'll start with a collection being created and managed by a single curator. Later, we should move to multiple curators and possibly multiple sharing authorizers, in case the curators don't have the necessary permissions for sharing.
