Switch from using local copies of libraries such as angular and jQuery, and instead use web versions

Gunnar has also suggested taking out jQuery so that there are not two libraries competing for the DOM

tried loading twitter bootstrap css from online, lost the glyphs.

Also note that we need to use a very particular version of bootstrap (/2.3.1/) for the css to work properly with ui-bootstrap

Fixed. Now importing all libraries from online sources and twitter bootstrap glyphs are working again
