Need to build Phase I UI.

For this task we will use stander Razer component along with Boot-Scrap 5.x or highjter.

[ ] Build Prospect page - On this page you can add all the job information and update database
[ ] Build Prospect quick view page, on this page you will be able review, edit, or delete Prospect (Job)
