Beyondcell is a computational methodology for identifying tumour cell subpopulations with distinct drug responses in single-cell RNA-seq and Spatial Transcriptomics data.
I think we should remove umap-learn starting from v2.0. It is a pain in the neck to install it, depends on older python versions and there are R based alternatives such as uwot.
