1674272284598 Numpy >= 1.6 can not be found for windows,so I want to sure if it is how can I do for it?

AFAIK NumPy is available in conda for Windows up to 1.23 (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/numpy),

Can you please provide more details about your installation process?
