Update beyondcell to version 2.2.0

This version:

• [x] Fixes issue #132, where bcScore's check for normalized data failed.
• [x] Fixes issue #135, where bcRanks was not computing the residual's mean.
• [x] Updates the tutorials, including information for spatial transcriptomics visualization.
• [x] Removes bcRanks "general" statistics computation.
• [x] Removes GetStatistics function, because is not longer needed by bcRanks.

Also fixes GitHub CI, which was broken due to conda package incompatibilities. Moreover, it fixes a warning when trying to save beyondcell's tarballs (which weren't saved at the moment).

We have updated:

• [x] Beyondcell's version in the DESCRIPTION file.
• [x] CHANGELOG.
• [x] Beyondcell's installation instructions, using version 2.2.
• [x] Tarball prefix to include 2.2 suffix.
