这是官方的chrome离线包下载地址吧，不是绿色化的mychrome

https://portableapps.com/ 安装 GoogleChromePortable ，利用 https://chromeinstaller.herokuapp.com/ 更新——几乎绿色么？再说，既已安装过绿色，仅用啥啥（解压替换而）更新——继续绿色并保持最新。

从 .exe 文件 Zip 提取，解压（替换）即（升级）运行，不是（离线包）安装。
