Current: TSV992: Possible candidate TSH82:

One we're already on: TSV992: $0.59410@100qty / 20MHz / 10V/us (MiniSO8, 3.0mm x 4.9mm, "rail to rail") ^^ Stable, reasonable, solid.

New: TL082 : $0.27400@100qty / 4MHz / 16V/us (Available in 3x6.4mm package, significant voltage drop on output) TSH72: Obsolete TSH82: $0.78410 @100qty / 65MHz / 118V/us (SOIC, 4.5V to 12V operating range)

Single: MIC920YC5-TR $0.2864@100qty / 80 MHz / 3000V/us (+/-2.5V, minimum, but looks like almost a 2V drop in output stage) MCP6S91T-E/MSCT-ND : $0.68900@100qty / 18MHz / 22V/us (NOPE)

Odd but interesting...

Quad: MCP669-E/ML - $1.6324@100qty / 60MHz/ 32 V/us (16QFN, Looks like pretty much rail-to-rail)

Also, consider using a comparator like the MCP6564 as the final stage. They are $1.1554 in quantity.

And TSV994's are $0.55 in quantity.
