netburn doesn't work with esp8285 #75

I see there was a previous investigation here: https://github.com/cnlohr/esp82xx/issues/31 and https://github.com/cnlohr/esp82xx/commit/3797ce1bd079f570a5f78dfebd44ed8bf1a32b23#diff-fe0ea469e8c2e033a50a2ac00d0a0f5eR70 passed a flashmode option to elf2image when target was 8285.

But that change seems to have been undone, and replicating it doesn't seem to fix the issue for me.

Can you provide more information about the issue, itself, like what is going on, what is up with the image?
