Fix delay for all frequencies #13

After several experiments I found that 8 is the magic number, dividing any frequency from 52MHz to 346MHz the delay will be almost perfect (I would need to tune it more but I still don't know how to use floats here, i try set -enable-newlib-nano-formatted-io but that generates an error)
