Moved/removed fetch-related dependencies #40

Removes fetchres (which is not directly used) and moved isomorphic-fetch to the example app's package.json, trimming cnn-hapi's dependency tree.

This can wait until after 1.0.0 is in ... I'll update this at that time presuming the removal is considered a good idea. :-)
