SuppInfo files with sampleNames rather than specimen names fail. #63

While documented, in practice it can happen that the user can input sampleNames rather than specimen names in the 'specimen' column of a suppInfo file.

Options:

Could throw an error (helpful message) to the user
Could convert on the fly to sampleName and then convert back to specimen (but this could run into silent behavior that leads to dropping of samples without the users knowledge).
