Update to fisher's exact test for gene enrichment during evaluation. #66

Logic behind gene set enrichment analysis for incorporation site evaluation was reevaluated and updated to a consistent comparison between reference and query. Additionally, the calculation behind the test was streamlined rather than being overthought.
