UMItags set to false fails pipeline workflow #68

A built in feature to exclude the use of UMI tags was broken during implementation of stat collection. This feature needs to be updated and fixed by changing the rule inputs for the stat collection rule.

Pipeline has been updated in version 1.0.2 to fix this issue. Commit: cdf2c7f4d85b27df79de79028d37e815f307e8b1
