Terraform targets are working but are not useful since they do not apply terraform apply all at the end. This causes issues with Backstage not deploying many resources. We have removed the targets option for now and will investigate further later.
Blueprint Deployment:
Both Spark Operator and JupyterHub Data on EKS blueprints were tested and deployed without targets using a single apply, and they worked as expected.
Cleanup Instructions:
Cleanup may require additional instructions, which will be covered in the next PR.
