EKS Blueprints GPU NVDIA pattern with Kubecost to CNOE.

This looks good thank you. Can we add a README for it with some backstage screenshots and also a diagram of what it deploys (or the link to the DoEKS page where the actual architecture details are shown)?

The backstage screen shots would be helpful as we intend to publish the READMEs to the website as well as we expand on these patterns.

@nimakaviani Great feedback, i can add one ReadMe per pattern for more clarity on the pattern and the source of reference.
