EKS Blueprints Istio Pattern to CNOE.

This is interesting but my concern is on the value that it adds for users who want to use CNOE.

Maybe the focus should be on using the Kubernetes platform to launch non-Kubernetes resources. like the AIML patterns for example. lets discuss this in a call.
