remove the `--package-dir` flag in version 0.7.0 #310

We are deprecating the --package-dir flag in PR https://github.com/cnoe-io/idpbuilder/pull/309.

This deprecation will be in effect for v0.6.0 and we should remove it from idpbuilder from v0.7.0 onward.
