给项目增加协作者时，npm源一直指向官方源 #1742

使用npm config get registry获取到的是我私有源的链接，但是使用npm owner add [<@scope>/] 命令报错，原因是Not Found - GET https://registry.npmmirror.com/xxxxxxx
