It's difficult to manage private modules: it requires a custom nf-core/tools installation a using them in a pipeline is not so easy

Describe the solution you'd like

follow Using nf-core components outside nf-core tutorial and release pipeline to the public

Describe alternatives you've considered

Support custom or private stuff is difficult to maintain

Additional context

guidelines documentation need to be updated
