Freebayes is very slow and doesn't exploit all computing resources available

Describe the solution you'd like

Support freebayes parallel for both single and multi modules

Describe alternatives you've considered

Analyses could be done using the single-threaded version, howevert they could take long time with big genomes

Additional context

[ ] create a freebayes/parallel module for a single genome
[ ] implement parallel approach for freebayes/multi
