Test this pipeline in a PBS environment

[ ] install singularity
[x] test with conda using PBS
[ ] test with singularity using PBS

Our PBS environment is too old in order to install singularity or docker without problems. Even conda have issues. For the moment is enough to understand how to change executors using profiles
