Fixes for:

confidence values
color bars
getting "mapped" suggestions from CSV
Download.py (due to CoralNet Website update)

Removed:

.idea
scratch python scripts (Max's tiling)

Modified:

SAM Btns are commented out
included conda_install script (if you want it)
included packages with gdal and rasterio (if you want it)
comments / typos
