Removed:

notions of "Mapped" and "TagLab_PID" when exporting and importing points to / from TagLab

Updated:

how points are imported (coordinates are searched for to find previously existing points in project)
how confidence values are stored (ints, not floats)

Tested:

imported points into project; worked
replaced all points' labels with empty; worked
re-imported points into project; worked
export points from project; worked
re-imported points into project; worked
exported tiles / points from project worked;
re-imported tiled points into project worked;

Still have issues with updating points in panels, but saving and re-loading project does the trick.
