Re-enabled watershed, brick segmentation, SAM
toggle of watershed, brick segmentation, SAM for Architectural Heritage/Marine Ecology combo box
added dotted circle around brush when using watershed

Added also 1024x1024 pixel window cursor to use SAM on a 1024x1024 area
