X3D importer does not load textures on 2021.07

To reproduce:

• import an obj with texture (eg: bunny_textured.zip)
• export it into x3d
• load the exported x3d

loading the exported x3d file from an old meshlab version (2020.12) works, therefore the the bug should be in the in the x3d importer.

This is still broken in 02 2022. Indeed loading X3D files with local imagetextures also fails.
