Having trouble importing a specific version of .wrl file; Inventor V2.1 ASCI #414

I am having trouble importing this .wrl file into MeshLab, and also Blender 2.79. I can open this one just fine.

Reproduce problem by: Open blender -> File (upper left corner) -> Import -> .wrl/.vrml -> Find file -> Import
