Deal with Cross-Disciplinary journals #25

This task is still being fleshed out. Cross-disciplinary journals are making the map unintuitive. There are several ways to address this, but one way is to make those cross-disciplinary journals fall under a new 14th Discipline.

Move multi-disciplinary journals into a 14th discipline ("Multidisciplinary") and Unmapped publications to "Unclassified" 15th discipline and place them both on the map (somewhere in the blank space) and legend. This mode can be toggled on using two boolean inputs (showMultidisciplinaryDiscipline and showUnclassifiedDiscipline). Source data should not have to be modified, this just changes how its interpreted.

Names are not set in stone, please use appropriate names.

Looks good data and map wise. For @ngx-dino v0.1 we need to figure out what to do with the Unclassified and Multidisciplinary nodes when they are not provided/in use.
