AM Course data processing - R Script processing review

Goal is to process AM course data and test R processing pipeline

• [x] Script 0 - processes course structure JSON file to create a course metadata file and a course module look-up table - tested and updated for AM course
• [x] Script 1 - processes course states user data - tested and updated for AM Course
  • Script 1 updated for AM data, will not function without enrollment or grade data table; to fix this bug so that script can work with all courses, will need to add ifthanelse controls.
• [x] Script 2 - extract logs for all students on user list;
• [ ] Script 3 - format logs for all students on user list;
• [ ] Script 4 - learner trajectory networks;

Script 2 has been reviewed. Substantial changes to data structure made updating the code trivial. The issue is for courses that use an older log format, which produces redundant sets of fields for problem modules.
