Move legend to the left side of the screen #49

Reformat the UI to fit how our current projects are laid out (filter/legend on left, hideable by hamburger). Only the latest/kept SumTree will remain.

Remove all other versions of sum-tree, keep sum-tree-rewrite and rename to sum-tree. Refactor UI to look like all our other clients (ie hamburger, filter + legend on left, vis on right).
