Create a sci2-compatible CSV of publications #11

From the data extracted, create a CSV file with the following columns:

Output should be placed in the shared box folder with a link shared to Katy

This is being specified for PHI, but the exact same process should be done at the same time for AGC1.

We have delivered an ISI file instead
