Create a co-author network in Sci2 and extract locations #13

Given the publication sci2-compatible publication data provided by @obscrivn create a static co-authorship network. Save the Author ID -> X/Y data into a form that @bherr2 can use to integrate into the PHI, which could be a simple CSV format (columns: authorId, x, y).

This is being specified for PHI, but the exact same process should be done at the same time for AGC1.
