Given the authors for PHI and AGC1, create queries for the Web of Science PostgreSQL database that will find the authors and publications.

Data needs include:

Authors: Author ID, First Name, Last Name, Affiliation
Publications: Publication Year, Publication Type, Journal Name (where applicable), ISSN

This is being specified for PHI, but the exact same process should be done at the same time for AGC1.

First version is done for PHI. It still needs refinement.
