Alphabetical (Maybe an A-Z, 0-9, misc. chooser/warper?) Size Rating etc.

By selection are you meaning when you're logging a beer, you'd like to have the drop-down list of breweries be sortable/selectable in different ways?

In my grails branch of this repo, I have it so that you can start typing the name of the brewery and filters down to breweries that match your text.
