Add Location to Beer Log #19

Rather than specifying where we got the drink from in the notes section, we could specify it in its own field. I'm thinking anywhere from restaurants to bars to vendors. If we were really fancy, we could even include the price we paid for it and if it was on special or what-have-you.

Then, if we really wanted to try that certain brew, we could look it up here (ahem search), see where everyone got it from, and go to one of those places to try/buy some.

Just thought of one other thing: if we have the price of beer at a particular place, we could calculate how much "bang for your buck" you get by going to that place... i.e. mL/dollar. Then, you could sort based on that and find the location where you can buy the most of your favorite beer at the lowest price.

Not all beers are obtained the same way though: I suggest we add categories for "restaurant", "liquor store", "bar", "beer trade", etc.
