Improvements for the add brewery page #42

On the Add/Edit Brewery page, the United States should be selected by default in the country drop-down. Alternatively, I would be content if you could detect the country of origin of the client web browser and use that as the default country. That would be pretty nifty. Also on this page, the brewery type should default to Brewery.

United States is now selected by default, as is brewery, but the regions combo box is not being populated. Additionally, the regions combo box does not get hidden if I change the country to something that isn't the United States.

This was as a result of the domain not redirecting from a non-www beer366 URL to a www one.

I've added in redirection from beer366.com to www.beer366.com which resolves this issue and likely several others.
