[Research] Test Pantheon Tech's cnf-bgp package (v0.30) with the cnf-testsuite

• Reach out to Pantheon for the helm charts
• Create a cnf-testsuite config file for the cnf-bgp package v0.30
• Test Pantheon Tech's cnf-bgp package with the cnf-testsuite following the v1 cert instructions.
• Share the test results on the ticket.
• Request peer review

For the test environment use a major K8s cloud provider (eg. Google Cloud, Azure for Operators, AWS) or a vanilla K8s cluster created with Kubespray.

@lixuna, @HashNuke has reached out to Pantheon and it seems the Helm Charts & Manifests for this are not publicly available, it looks like we would have to get buy in from them in order to get access.

But they do have some network controller applications that are available:

So we could create a new ticket or re-purposed this one for the network controller applications and test those instead.
