[Feature] rename the test suite project to have more personality/brand identity

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• the test suite is a tool that assesses cloud native best practices as implemented in Kubernetes
• the CNF Test Suite could be more recognizable if it had a name with more personality

Describe the solution you'd like

• Gather/discuss/select new names

Options under consideration

• Keep as CNF Test Suite
• Kritirio / CN Kritirio (implying Cloud Native criteria or tests)
• Exantas (Greek for sextant, a celestial navigation instrument that measures the angular distance between two visible objects)
• Themis - Greek Goddess described as "the good counsel"... and was/is the personification of divine order, fairness, law, natural law, and custom.
• Pratishtha - (Sanskrit प्रतिष्ठा) is an ancient word of Sanskrit origin which means steadfast, stability, base or foundation. Pratishtha also means well established.
