Ratify constitution #12

After changes are made, the constitution should be ratified.

Note: ratification should take place by having any member send the link of amended repository's link to the mailing list.

What?

Do you mean something like

  1. We announce it on the list,
  2. We wait and people say "ok sure I like that",
  3. We make sure some reasonable percentage of club members are happy with the result,
  4. The newly ratified constitution has an actual procedure for ratification.

That's what makes sense to me. Can anyone think of a better way?

Yeah, it'd be better than having a club meeting for it as this ensures even the members that cannot be present for meetings but still wish to have a say in the constitution's ratification can voice their thoughts.

We should probably set specific numbers and steps.
