Add support for 4MB ROMs #160

This adds a "4mb_rom" patch, that can be used with ROMYs that map their full rom at 0x1000000 instead of 0xe00000 like the 1mb_rom version. Should also work with 2MB ROMs (e.g. 2x27C800) Tested on my A3000 with two MX29F1615 parts.
