I tested on kiwi-browser which have latest chromium base 98.
I have permitted all permission like collect error etc.
But does not detect any new opening tabs.
While other extension( like one tab) working fine.
Note that right click isn't possible here. But right click can be imitated by clicking on menu hamburger icon then click on better one tab.
Just compare both extension function on kiwi-browser. You will understand where this extension is lacking.
