Introduce flash plugin to TChromium #33

1- Is there any way that I can introduce Flash plugin that is located in the 
following path to TChromium component ?
"C:\Program 
Files\Google\Chrome\Application\34.0.1847.116\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll"
2- Is there any way through libcef.dll?
