Bump to v0.2 #104

Arbitrary row count in each cover section (closes #102)

[x] Allow for list input for cover page
[x] Style the cover page correctly if the user provided a list as input
[x] Adjust a11ytable validation
[x] Test (new test for list input, don't fail if not list)

Hyperlinks (closes #47)

[x] Handle external and mailto hyperlinks on cover (if list input)
[x] Handle external and mailto hyperlinks on cover (if df input)
[x] Handle hyperlinks in pre-table source
[ ] ~Add internal hyperlinks on contents page?~ [Consider next release.]
[x] Test (check the Workbook-class object for hyperlink styling?)
