Replace the Class "DataResource" w/ "CataloguedResource" as per DCAT v3 Working Draft #73

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The xGov Metadata Exchange Model is a realisation of the UK government guidance to adopt the DCAT v3 Working Draft vocabulary. Initially DCAT v2 was the basis for the original Minimum Metadata Requirements specification, which referred to "DataResource". There is therefore a discrepancy between

Describe the solution you'd like "DataResource" should be replaced w/ "CataloguedResource" as per [https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#Class:Resource]. The correct properties for this class should be listed instead.

Additional context Some properties such as "alternativeTitle" no longer appear in v3 associated with this class.

alternativeTitle does not appear in DCAT at all but it is a dcTerms property that can be used alongside.
