Add support for other build options #5

Currently the project is built exclusively using Eclipse. Improve it:

Add Ant or Maven build files;
Manage dependencies on 3rd-party libraries using Maven or Ivy;
Try to import the projects in Idea, commit relevant files;
Try to import the projects in NetBeans, commit relevant files;

Added build.xml supporting complete build cycle, also executed by TravisCI. For Maven consider Tycho (received very positive feedback at EclipseCon 2015).
