This means that the latest.json or latest.html is regularly updated with the most recent co2 value. Each individual html page should be using this value (somehow).

should be set up with this workflow: https://github.com/co2birthdate/dataops/tree/master/.github/workflows

setting up auto-building of html will happen in the other repo (perhaps these repos will need to be merged)
