DB condition #206

excel table of DB status. The 'case studies' section on the wiki should also be updated. db information pycoa.xlsx

it is an excel table of the current status of the DB (those which work and those which do not work). I said that it was necessary to update 'case studies' on the wiki because there are attributes described which have changed

jhu', 'escovid19data' and 'jhu-usa' have geo-related problems. For 'phe' the problem is related to the availability of https://api.coronavirus.data.gov.uk/v2/data?areaType=ltla&metric=cumDeaths28DaysByDeathDate&format=csv.

Some databases have temporal errors, I think for network issues. This happens especially with Binder.
