Selecting seconds #16

Currently your time only allows for the use of hours and minutes and I was hoping there was an easy way to add seconds to the selection/display?

@symposiumjim that's some deep detail, I will try to add support to it in the ClockView.

Thanks! I am writing a reporting interface for firefighters/ems/first responders and the gov likes their detail :) I'll send some Paypal beer money
